	http://www.hyperhistory.com/ - HyperHistory, a brilliant site for getting an overall view of history.  It details the major people of each era, across the social spectrum - politicians, war makers, scientists, philosophers, religious personalities and artists.  It also gives a rundown on historical events and the shaping of nations, along with maps of the major eras.
	http://www.tech2u.com.au/~normtew/bible/bibmain.htm - a personal genealogical site.  One of the areas in this site (the area this link refers to) is a study of genealogies found in the Bible.  It gives the reader a good sense of the extended family relationships involved throughout the Old Testament narrative, and how these relationships impact on the events described in the biblical narrative.  It also gives insight into the culture and attitudes of various tribes and nations.
